Text Flip Illusion combines words into one 3D-printable object that reads differently from each view. Type your text, choose a font and style, then check readability before exporting STL or 3MF. Make desk signs, keychains, engravings or three words seen from three views.
What it does
Nine styles
Choose Left + Right, Front + Side, Front + Top, Front + Back, Three Views, keychain, desk stand, Deep Engraving or Ridged Sign, with eight presets.
Thai and other scripts
HarfBuzz shapes text using your font, including Thai vowels and tone marks. Support posts connect floating marks; ten OFL fonts are bundled.
Check before printing
Readability reports how much of each word is visible and offers tips for weak views. View buttons jump to the side where each word reads.
Export with colour parts
Generate closed manifold meshes in millimetres. Export STL, one STL per colour, or 3MF with named colour parts.
Batch orders from CSV
Export one file per order, named after the words. Repeated names receive numbered suffixes to avoid overwriting.
Product shots in one click
Render Product Shots creates an image per word and a three-quarter hero shot in a temporary studio scene, leaving your scene unchanged.

FAQ
Do I need a multi-colour printer?
Silhouette styles and Deep Engraving work in one colour. Keychains and stands read more clearly with colour separation; Ridged Sign requires two colours.
Can I use Thai or long phrases?
Yes, if your font has the characters. Front + Back, Front + Side, Front + Top and relief styles suit phrases. Left + Right and Three Views use letter columns, so joined scripts have small gaps.
Can I sell my prints?
Yes. Your output is yours. Bundled fonts allow commercial prints; check the licence when using other fonts.
Are Mac and Linux tested?
Separate ZIPs are available for macOS Apple Silicon, macOS Intel and Linux x64, using the same code and the binary libraries for each platform. Automated tests run on Windows.
